had a fun weekend

Had a real fun weekend, some of the neighbor kids came over and helped me with my boat, so I took em all skiing and wakeboarding and tubing even. to me the lake was ice cold, but the kids enjoyed it. the new motor runs great (boat does about 70 now). I even did something I havent done in a long time. I went to church on sunday. met some really nice people, and some nice famalies (ok i eyed a couple boys) I was invited to dinner that night too, unfortunatley during dinner I got a 911 page, and had to leave. I really got alot out of going to church this weekend, and I still miss my YF big time. I'll be glad to see him this weekend, I took a rain cheque on the wedding, and decided to stay home. I think maybe I'll take him with me to church. on sunday, it was a nice experiance, and I chose a small church to goto, so maybe the politics will be miniumal (i can always hope) it was a friendly bunch of people, and they all welcomed me openly some knew me from the hospital. a couple of the kids I worked on came up to me and asked if i remebered them, I said I did (little white lie) I did sorta remember the one boy, but the girl wasn't as familiar to me. Guess I will always remember boys first :) anyway, gotta go back to work Peace all and God bless Onieda |
