Whether he specifically needed to be tempted by homosexual desires or whether heterosexual temptation was sufficient for him to partake in our own struggles, he still understood our temptations. As for social versus anti-social temptations, the bible is refreshingly neutral on social conventions of the time. In fact, the words 'social' and 'society' do not appear at all in the bible.
