Hi Ben Thank you very much for replying to my original posting and for also putting yourself forward for my work - I do appreciate it and I really do look forward to talking to you. Let me tell you a bit more about the study. The study is primarily sociological. I would like to ask you about a variety of differnt things pertaining to your personal experience of being someone with a taboo sexuality. This will include questions about your perceptions of yourself and others; questions about your life history; when you first recognised your sexuality; how it has affected your life; how you have 'accommodated' (for want of a better word)your sexuality in a society that strongly rejects it; the importance of your 'inner world' as someone who cannot be themselves in the external world; why you do not engage with younger persons in a direct sexual way; how you do manage to express your sexuality and and so forth. How society perceives paedophiles/ child lovers would influence all of these different aspects of your identity. As you can see, I hope to gain a real insight into 'Ben'. None of the questions are legally or ethically problematic and none of them would lead someone to identifying you. However, the questions are personal and as I have said in another message on the board, whilst anonymity is provided by these boards, there is still an 'audience'.
