Hi Huck Finn Thank you very much for the posting last week. I think this has been one of the busiest weeks for a long time, so I do apologise for not replying as soon as I anticipated. I have just dropped a line to Ben where I have outlined more details about the study. I would like to ask you questions about your life history and self identity. For example, when did you first recognise your sexual identity, how do you define your sexual identity, what sort of processes have you gone through to accepting it in a prohibitive society, how you perceive yourself and others, why do you not express your sexuality directly, how do you express your sexuality, the importance and nature of your inner life in a world where your preferred external life is curtailed, how your sexuality has affected your life and so forth. None of the questions are legally/ethically problematic although they are personal. You may be okay sharing them on the board, but this may be too public a place - if so, do e-mail me. I was particularly interested in your statement where your described your attraction as a 'weird process' and would very much like to discuss this with you. I think the questions that I have prepared so far provide space for true personal expression of the personal experience but they can just serve as a spring board for what I hope will be a fascinating dialogue.
