I am involved with students outside of school, but I attend sporting events and the like. I also have students that seem to hang around me, without me encourging it. I feel that it is good that you show intrest in your kids personal life, but be careful how far you take it. Don't keep going to the same boy's event and then skipping everyone elses. Also it depends on the nature of your YF. After all if you are in a mentoring program, or a big brothers type group, that is approprite. If it is a nephew, again that's harmless. Anything other than that is dicey. besides, why would anyone go see WWF? asb |
