I would counsel against making contact with people on that list. There's absolutely no accountibility there. Here we already have a chatboard, so we can sound each other out before making direct contact. The thing is, I believe ICQ is a highly insecure medium, via which it's very easy to acquire your correspondent's IP address (even if you have "hide IP address" set).
