Well, I'm an only child. Until this moment, I only knew of one other who is a BL and I suspect he'll be posting his answer here too. I know many of the other BL's I've met have mentioned brothers or sisters. I suspect that only children are not over-represented among BL's, but I've no data to back up that suspicion. I got along well with my peers during my teenage years. There were plenty of us who weren't particularly interested in sports. That seemed to be the big dividing line. I can't think of what kids were supposed to have provided that I lacked. One reason I enjoyed their company was (ironically) the fact that they didn't want to spend nearly as much time talking about sex as most other people did. ---Ford |
