Did you ever stop to think that perhaps God led you to this forum for a reason? I'm sure that you can give all of us here a great insight into what it was like to experience and reach adulthood under the circumstances you described in your post. Living through what you did should give you a great compassion for boys who have gone through similar experiences. I would like to welcome you to CBLF, and invite you to post more. Perhaps your life experience can benefit others here, and help you to feel the value of what you have gone through. I'm sure we have all had our moments of feeling worthless, and we don't understand why we had to go through some of our experiences. At one time or another, or perhaps several times, during our lifetime we have felt abandoned or forsaken by God, but remember his promise: "I will never leave you or forsake you." You will never know how much you might be able to help someone, unless you try. I hope that you will continue to post, and with God's help you will be a benefit someone who reads your posts. If you can help to save one soul, it will be worth all that has happened to you. It is never too late to help someone. As long as you are alive, God will help you. God's Love, Andy |
