I know because I experienced what is. You can check on me as much as you want. I am William James McLean and I was in the foster care system from the time I was 8 years old. Mrs. Scott's Boarding Home is a true place and is a matter of public record. I was raped there. I learned obediance there. I am not attempting any action against them. They fed me.
