"If by love you mean 'sex,' then I agree with you. When Jesus said love your neighbor; he did not mean have sex with your neighbor." I meant "love" in the general sense of being truly concerned for the well-being of people. How that that manifests itself varies from relationship to relationship. "I think I am in agreement with you and our differences are only semantics." My first thought when I read your reply was, "Gee, of all the people on the board who could have agreed with me......" Your messages have left me wondering if you're "for real" or just having us on. Regardless, someone is doing the typing on your end; a person who I must consider a brother or sister and be just as concerned for as those here whom I understand. For me, this is both tough and messy since I've no idea who you really are or where conversation with you will lead. Only in union with Jesus can I do it. ---Ford |
