By judging, Jesus meant bring a judgemeant upon others. Naturally we are to be careful with whom we associate with and what habits we adopt. Jesus wanted us to bring persons acting wrongly toward acting rightly. He show us that this was best done when he saved Mary Magdalin from being stoned. He never suggested that we should approve of her prior actions; but said to her to "go and sin no more."

Jesus simply does not want us to be harming anyone. He wants to clean our robes and become faultless through his sacrafical blood.
