Glad you found your way back here. I doubt anyone can seriously claim to be an "expert" on being human, but everyone can claim to be human. You're likely right about people fearing homosexuals because they're afraid another guy will make a pass at them. Sounds pretty immature, if you ask me - I can't see how it should be anymore threatening than if a girl you don't like makes a sexual advance against you. But what can you do? People are irrational. You may find PGP to be a helpful program for encrypting files. It's designed to work with encrypted email, but can be used for ordinary files too. There's a version for the Mac. You should be able to find it via www.pgpi.org. There may well be other programs that do filesystem encryption too (PGP does it for Windows, I'm not sure about Mac). Take care now, Fod |
