The irony of 'not judging'

is that telling someone "not to judge" can be an implicit form of judgement. It's rather like telling a total stranger to "Read your Bible." It can imply that the person so instructed is biblically illiterate.

I agree with you that hate is not something Christians can do. To the extent that anyone hates, that person is cut off from God.
