I feel bad that no one has responded to your two "10 years young" posts. So I'm sending this token reply just so you know that at least SOMEONE read them :-)

If I can make a suggestion for future: I think you made a mistake that I often make ... overwhelming people with too much information (or, in this case, too many questions). In the face of overwhelming questions, coming up with a response can be a little too daunting to even attempt. I think that's why your two posts languished alone and unacknowledged for so long.

I hope you won't mind if I DON'T attempt to answer any of your questions. To do so would require greater reflection and presence of mind than I have at my disposal at the moment.
