Thank you for your reply and I apologise if I led you to think that we can change ourselves through our own efforts. I believe that it is only through the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit that our hearts can be changed. Then the glory belongs to Jesus and to our Father. I continue to have sinful sexual attractions and desires, however I must continue to submit to god, cry out to Jesus and learn to yield to the Spirit. I do not want to stand before Jesus and hear 'Depart from me ....... you who practice sin'.
