I will advise you as a Christian who believes that a homosexual relationship is not allowed for us.

I beleive you need to find your conviction on this point before he comes. You obviously have a lot of hope and desire for the relationship, I encourage you to accept that... I doubt you could change it... and it's ok that you feel that way.

Now (having accepted what you want) you must make a choice about what you are going to do.
As far as I can see you have 3 options:
1. Be passive... let things unfold and respond spontaneously to being with him. This means that either he or you may make a pass and things would unfold depending on how much he wanted it and how both of you cope with having done something sexual (that could be good or bad).
2. You go after what you want. You do it directly or sublty, you talk or you act... but in some way you make a move on him and accept the consequences.
3. You choose to NOT make the relationship sexaul regardless of whether he or you wants it to be. In order to manage that you would need to keep reminding yourself of your commitment and work hard to stick with it, including lots of prayer and Scriputre study (maybe even finding a Christian brother you can talk to about it and call on in times of diffiuclt temptation). I'd suggest regular masturbation... especially at those moments you are feeling most tempted to make a move. (Mills calls this "taking responsibility for your own sexual needs"). I would also recomend NOT making him the subject of you masturbation fantasies... as that is only likely to encourage you to go after him. Finally be ready to say, "Dude, I love you so much and I really want to, but I think it would be a big mistake if we do this."...just in case he makes a move.

Of course I'd encourage you to choose option 3.
