Boy goes missing. Mum looks for boy. Police find a boy, not her boy. Mum says its not her son. Police is corrupt and try to cover it up. Mum finds some powerful allies and finally gets rescued. The truth is uncovered, that the police are trying to cover it up and there's actually a serial child murderer out there who chops kids up with an axe...just boys actually. Killer is found, kid is never found, police is brought to justice.
