Narcissus is about being fixated on yourself; Peter Pan is about wanting to stay a boy for ever - rather a different matter. I'm guessing your counsellor is identifying you as having the Peter Pan one... which ultimately is not really consistent with living as God wants you to live, as he does want you to accept the responsibilities of your exalted age. Which at times is no fun, but has got to be done!
