You are so right about what Jesus would do because that is exactly what he did while walking on this earth. Jesus said to the father not my will but yours. And he did help those that where hurting all around him looking past His own troubled times ahead on the Cross. And then Jesus even died on the Cross and was raised again to pay the price for the worlds sins and yes even for those that where persecuting Him. As Jesus said Father forgive them for they know not what they do! Great Devotional Chris helping forgiving and loving others is what God wants us to do even in the face of persecution and troubled times. And A Big AMEN to the prayer!
