Although with alcohol I still think there is some kind of inherant chemical thing going on, I think you are right about a person having an addictive personality. I have a VERY addictive personality. As if alcohol wasn't enough, I have been addicted to an assortment of drugs at various times in my life as well as tobacco and pornography. And now I have to be supremely careful or it could be food! Talk about having some fun. I think I've spent most of my life either suffering from, or trying to quit, some kind of addiction. Alcohol, tobbaco and porno were the worst..not necisarily in that order...although I don't know what order would be right to tell you the truth. An addictive personality is something I would not wish on my worst enemy, I can tell you that.
