This time I am struggling a little to grasp the concepts. Could you elaborate points 2 and 3 with more explination... there's lots of example there but I'm struggling to grasp the definitions.

This is something I've been trying to puzzle out... IE: the dynamics of my sex attractions... and I feel you are onto something here that I will find very helpful.
