Hey Blaze!
Thank you for that great devotional. I, along with some others I know, are going through a stormy part of our lives, and and you're right - we won't be protected from them because we believe in Jesus. But we will make it through them on the foundation of our savior. It makes me thing of the words to a very favorite song of mine, putting into practice our faith and the will of our father:

"Lord I want to be just like you 'cause he wants to be just like me
I want to be a holy example for his innocent eyes to see
Help me be a living Bible, Lord that my little boy can read
I wanna be just like you 'cause he wants to be like me"
