I do like what you had to say, especially at the end of your original email. Forgiveness is a very powerful thing if we really seek it. I was just recently counselling a friend about the same kind of thing, actually. Sometimes, Christians don't realize the full power of what we believe. If we forgive someone, it's not admitting defeat, it's accepting freedom. Although let me add that I strongly believe that pedo-attraction is a natural occurance in the human race, and that it is not usually caused by past hurts (like in my case). In this case, it is not something that is so easily changed, except by emasculation. (yikes!)

All that being said, I want to say a huge THANK YOU for joining us here! I agree with the webmaster's statement that you are a rare true Christian in an age of such corruption in society (and yes, the church as well). I wish there were more people like you, and I hope that you stick around. I, for one, could really use your viewpoint and influence in my life.
