We all fantasize to a greater or lesser extent; the fact is that the choices we make while fatasizing create the propensity for us to be attracted to that group. You are conscious that you are attracted to boys somewhat younger than you are - you can see a 12 yo as 'smokin' hot'. That's a red flag - you're in danger of building a fantasy where a 'smokin' hot' 12 does come onto you. Then you get to the point where you think it happens - and you respond 'inappropriately' - and end up in jail... We all fantasize; you - and I - need to choose to fantasize about people as close to our own age as possible and certainly legal. And over the long term you are likely to see your Age of Attraction rise - and stay up; which I promise you makes life a LOT simpler. There's a group of 4 men who arrived in my life when they were 14; they were in effect my 'YFs' - made life worth living... They are now 28, and still good close friends. Nothing inappropriate ever happened. And the two guys who are putative YFs in my life at the moment are 21 and 28, with a 25 yo who was for a period a couple of years ago fading fast because he lives too far away. Does that make any sense? |
