This is only my opinion but I hope it helps. I think that there are many adults that do not have an attraction and see the cuteness and innocence of the kids so it does not affect or bother them. On the other hand some have an attraction for this and it causes them temptation. As for me I try to stay away from any thing that would tempt me, I.E. if it is on TV I turn the station or if it is in a magazine I turn the page. Is it inappropriate? That depends on the person viewing it. But I will say that I personally do not think that this type of advertisement is a good thing, it seems the media keeps pushing the line further and further till one day there will be no line left to cross. And that does seem to their agenda!
