It is indeed about choice and praise God that once we are saved we do have a choice. Do we follow the lusts of the flesh or the guidance of the Spirit? Doesn't matter what tempts us ... glass of wine, chocolate, sex, drugs whatever ... we now have a choice .... and if it is a struggle then we have God to bring healing and restoration and understandind and strength. For we CAN do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Note not SOME things but ALL things. |
