Eph.4:13=Our Manhood

Born a male, my boyhood dream was to one day become a Full-grown man. I then read words by carlyle: "There are depths in man that go to the lowest hell, and heights that reach the heighest heaven, for are not both heaven and hell made out of him, everlasting miracle and mystery that he is." Whittier said: "When faith is lost and honor dies, the man is dead." But then I read Eph.4:11-22, and thought as Garfield said: "I meant to make myself a man, and if I succeed in that, I shall succeed in everything else." At the head of every man is Christ as we read at 1Cor.11:3 and that out of the heart comes the issues of life at Prov.4:23 Is it any wonder then that "The whole object of Education is, or should be, to develop mind. The Mind should be a thing that works. It should be able to pass judgment on events as they arise, and make decisions." Said Sherwood Anderson. Our boyhood education about our maleness, our body parts our ability to become husbands and fathers; The use of our hearts and minds, the dear friends and elders that help us as we grow; Is this not what Our Manhood is about? I thank God for Boy Lovers that have been of much help to me, and do my best to forgive those who sinfully miss the mark. And this because I feel I may have also fallen short of in my desire to do so. With God's help, I know now that I can do a much better job, as the task these days are much harder, for these are the Last Days of Satan's rule, and he has come down with great anger and wrath, knowing he has but a short period of time.
