When I was coming out of my hell paranoia I used to be worried that I was decieving myself into thinking that there was no hell. At the time, it seemed like a valid argument, but now I know that if I had trusted it I would probably have had a complete breakdown and been admitted.

That shows how much I can trust my 'gut feelings'.
