This reply is actually for Mateo, but I want to start by saying I agree with both Cat and marc. Mateo, from what you have written, it sounds like you have a very special and very important and influential place in that boy's life. God has put a lot of trust in you. But this should give you great hope for your situation and your ongoing relationship with your young friend because He never puts that kind of trust in someone unless He is sure that person can and will do the right thing. That is something to really think about when you are with your YF and when you are considering things like sex or other things. I agree with Cat, there is never a place for sex in a relationship with a young boy. I know you can find other opinions, but let me tell you from my own experience with YF's, if the relationship is strong and centered on love (and hopefully centered on God's love), then there is really no need for anything sexual. I always gave my YF plenty of big hugs and lots of attention, so we never felt a need for anything else.
