my instinct is that there's nothing for you to be concerned about from his side, he's just discovering just how good it is to have a father figure who really cares about him. I think you'd be wise to keep communication with his mother open. You say: 'My dilemma now is that we last time i saw him , the whole evening , he wouldnt leave my side and i lost count of the number of times he either came up to me and touched me in a caring way or gave me a hug.' Assuming that is in an open area and not out of sight, I don't think there's a problem. It's interesting to compare this with the current experience of one of the other people from this board who has a YF who is reacting to him almost exactly the same. Enjoy it!
