My little buddy said it first to me. I've probably told you this story before but it's worth telling again. I was sitting in his mom's dining room talking with his mom and he kept staring at me from across the table. He had this look in his eyes that I had never seen before. I remember he said,"I don't know why but I sure do like you." Then he walked around the table and stood right in front of me. I was still talking to his mom when he threw his arms around me and said "I love you!" His mom just looked at him then back at me then back at him, chewing on her lower lip. And stupid me, all I could say was "um....ok....". It wasn't long after that that I was able to tell him that I loved him too. I guess I was just in shock hearing it for the first time. But it sure was one of the most beautiful moments of my life.
