As I've been thinking about it, I think I was a bit in error. I don't think it's a camera they run up thru the catheter. I think they use it to inject dye in various parts of your heart and watch the results on an x-ray machine to determine if and where there are blockages. They can also use the catheter to do angioplasty or insert stents if neccesary. When I said it was a camera, I thinbk I was getting the procedure confused with a colonoscopy. Let's just hope the doctor doesn't get the 2 procedures confused. :)
