I don't think those two things are mutually exclusive.

I think our BL can be part of the fallenness of the world...and also God's original intention, since I beleive that the fall of man was part of the plan all along (if not our God is not very in control of the world He made and I personally feel He's very in control and knows just what He's doing).

I'm of the school that says being sexually male minor attracted will be both good AND bad, unavoidably so. It will be the sourse of much temptation and invariably sin. At the same time it will be the sourse of much love and joy and blessing. Just like anything in this fallen world.
The challenge for us is always to seek to overcome the sin and maximise the blessing (which we can only do with the help of God through the Holy Spirit).

Ultimately it is God who works all things for good for those who love him (Romans 8: [vs 28 I think]).
