honestly and seriously I want to thank you for your postings, telling us of your feelings and delimma. I often wish I could find the words to so express my own, as Paul did at Rom.7:24 "wretched man that I am-"

I have been moved by a few quotations that seem to have given me help in the way I have had to deal with these matteres & issues of our human male
growth, physically, emotionally & spiritally.

Then I get my ass up, and go out into the world to face another day.
