I can't imagine what it must be like for you and your Young Friend. I sincerely hope he isn't suffering too much, but I can tell that you are suffering emotionally. I'm sure you both are. However, I would bet that just your being there for him is helping him to maybe feel a little better. It must be really difficult to see him so sick and helpless, but if he ever needed you, I'm sure he really needs you now. It is sad but God will give you the strength you need to be his very good friend through this tough time. I will keep you both in my prayers.
