I think that the wisest thing to do for a Christian adult who experiences sexual attraction towards children and adolescents is to have as little contact as possible with such young people. The Bible speaks of inordinate affection, which is not spiritually healthy for a Christian who desires to follow Jesus and grow stronger. Paul encourages us to die daily to our fleshly desires and pursue holiness. All attempts to bond with another outside of a man and woman boding in marriage is unhealthy bonding. I believe that we need to ask Jesus to heal us from this evil desire to bond inappropriately - it is not God's plan for adults to bond with their spirits, souls and possibly bodies with young people. Jesus heal us.
