There is no need to refrain from meeting boys. Try to overcome any shyness or guilt.
Go for walks. Join a club. Go dancing. Do community work. Meet some single mums. Buy a dog.
When you finely meet a boy let him broaden the friendship, he will sense the love you have in your heart. We are programed to love them. Be patient and keep yourself occupied with other things. There are so many boys out there that need your love. The time will inevitably come for you to use that gift of love that we have for boys.
