I agree with that, and that the distinction between thoughts and actions is significant. I accept I'm overly hard on myself, as Cat says. Yet knowing and feeling are two different things. It's certainly something to work on.

I would further declare that a person who controls his inner demons is more good than a person who doesn't have those demons, even if their actions are the same.

A great philosopher once arrived at the same conclusion.
