"I think you need to relax, calm down" .... dont need that kind of message !

i asked for advice and help not in one or two months time but immediately as my needs were and are still in the present and are important to me in many ways. So waiting for a "while" is not ideal.

My head and heart have been very mixed , so a negative comment is unwelcomed.
