hmm...the last job interview i went to that i didnt get the job, i was owned by people with more experience and a freakin Masters degree. i remember when i heard him say that in the group interview i was like laughing/smiling cuz i was like well im done. so after that interview, i started to think about what i can do to ladder myself up to that level. and so the next few jobs i applied to were below that job i didnt get in terms of expertise and education required but it would give me the experience to apply for that job one day and nail it.

so perhaps you're applying for things that ur underqualified for?

im also willing to go through some standard interview questions with u in a secure email format IF YOU WISH. im pretty good with understanding the psychology behind the questions and giving near perfect answers, as in exactly what they are lookin for.
