yes its the same thing. I was using poetic licence I guess but the world always underestimates the power of the spirit dont you think?
I'm a wannabe composer as well strangely enough (small world!) and I'd say keep writing because it can really help with healing. Isnt writing music a journey somewhere? and so it can be a journey out of a darker place too but then I was always more into symphony which is all about change.
