You are right, there is no way of accurately knowing how many of us are in the world. Only God knows that. But I think we can take some comfort in the fact that He knows exactly what we are and what makes us unique in this world, and that He loves us even if the rest of the world does not. You know, whenever I get kind of caught up in thinking about how bad it is for BL's, and how much I wish my life could be different, I try to think about the child that I sponsor and where he lives; and about any of the millions of under-privaleged children in the world. We do have it bad, but there are people who suffer far more than we do, and it helps to pray for them. Sometimes it can help even more if you are able to contribute to any of the excellent charities that are out there. I have been sponsoring a child for four years now and it has been very rewarding and a great blessing. But there are many ways that you can help people, even without spending money. Hey, it could make a big difference for someone in need; and that is always worthwhile. Plus it can help make you feel a lot better, too.
