interesting...but from the limited information ive heard on this subject from a probably unreliable source (the media), it's very difficult to actually get subpeonas on people's personal emails and such. i think there are groups, like the ACLU, who watches these things.

im a techie though so my use of technology will only increase over time. it makes me feel young. that being said, i will definitely keep what you wrote in the back of my head.
