Being for or against pedophilia is like being for or against red hair or brown eyes. It makes very little sense. One can be for or against sex between adults and children. One can be for or against treating pedophilia as a mental disorder. One can be for or against civil commitment of pedophiles. One can be for or against allowing pedophiles to be around children. One can be for or against many issues surrounding pedophilia, but one can't be for or against pedophilia any more than one can be for or against enjoying the taste of vanilla ice cream. Sure, you can argue that it shouldn't be eaten because it is bad for you, etc. But there is no logical argument to be had about liking the taste. Thus, I think the question is not clearly defined yet. What is the issue you are really interested in debating?
