I'm not sure how watching a youtube vid about a book can reduce me to a sobbing wreck before I've even read the darn thing but this one did. I think it was the poignancy of the empty landscapes where good things once happened: something we all recognise I guess.
I googled the book but its colossally expensive everywhere at the moment: it's certainly one I'd like to read.
