Personally I LOVE this scripture, it is one of my favorites. Can you imagine how amazed the people were when he said all of that? What a concept. I see no reason why you can't use the same scripture as someone else...the Bible is an unending source of wisdom and you can read a verse hundreds of times and get something different from it every time.
