I took a high dose of Prozac for about two years and I can tell you that what martin said is absolutely true. It didn't really reduce my sex drive but it made it very difficult to do anything about it, which is quite frustrating. I wouldn't recommend using it, or any anti-depressant drug, for that purpose.
