Thanks for the link. I always enjoy hearing different points of view, specially when they come from a perspective I don't have a lot of exposure to. I am familiar with the perspective of former loved boys who are comfortable with their childhood experiences, but ones who aren't comfortable with it don't tend to seek out BLs to discuss it with as adults, thus why it's understandable that I have little exposure to that point of view.

I wonder whether Mr. P was really a boylover at all, or was simply a child molester. Some of the things he describe make him seem like your typical boylover. But then we have him bringing a friend into the relationship as a big red flag; in fact, it is that act that seems to be the focus of this individual's pain. Also, we have him keeping porn around that he seems to use solely for the purpose of enticing boys. Those things make him sound like he's not a nice guy at all. But none of that matters to answer whether he was a boylover or not; what we need to know is, did he truly love him? We can't get an answer from that except from Mr. P himself.

If ScoTT is himself a boylover, then I hope he is able to find the truth. I don't expect for him to ever have peace until he makes peace with who he really is. If he is not, then I don't really mind that he think of us as evil monsters; if it helps him deal with the things that happened to him, I don't see why it is preferable for him to know the truth.
