I can however say that it's someone who was a victim before he was an offender. The chapter titles also indicate that the book is designed to be read by a wide audience - a lot of what I've skimmed is exactly what I would want to say myself!

But if someone else has got the enthusiasm to read it and write a summary that would be good - certainly I won't get there for several weeks.
