I'm surprised how homophobic Victoria state is for young people. In other ways it seems so similar to Canada, but respect for gays is lagging sadly. But at least young Australians have Bob Brown (-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_Brown ) to look up to. I've seen a couple of youtubes and he seems to be an incredible guy.
